I love taking off in planes. I am always amazed that these huge things can actually leave the ground and fly through the air.
Here is a bit of Helsinki through the Finnair window.

Beautiful shot of the moon but I should feel sad leaving behind that beautiful snowy landscape. However the sun up-lighting the wings of the aircraft is beautiful too.
It was minus 14 degrees that day in Helsinki…lovely, but not for too long.
Light above, light below… nice, really nice shots.
I love looking out of the window in planes. I always request a window seat.
Finland is a place I love to visit regularly.
Debra, it has it’s own charm for sure. Although I prefer the Mediterranean, such as Italy and Greece, I have been there and must say it is lovely!

I’m not sure I would like to live with snow for months on end, but it is fun for a little while.
